Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a B E-car car.
On April 15, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven the above vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters from the street in the vicinity of the Annsan-si Yannsan-si Yansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, annsan-si, with the alcohol concentration of at least 0.154% under the influence of alcohol.
