1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 20, 2008, A (Death on December 7, 2018) concluded a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) that purchases real estate 14 parcels owned by H and E (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with the following content.

Of the instant real estate, I forest and field were owned by H, and the remainder of 13 lots were owned by H E.

At the time J entered into the instant sales contract on behalf of the seller.

The seller: He/she shall enter into a sales contract with respect to the real estate attached to attached documents between the parties A and 14, as follows:

Article 2(Sales Price, etc.) 1. The contract deposit shall be KRW 1.05 billion to the seller at the same time as the contract deposit shall be paid at KRW 100 million to the seller.

3) On February 20, 2008, an intermediate payment of which is KRW 150 million and which is payable by the buyer to the seller on February 20, 2008, the buyer shall pay the remainder to the seller. 4) The remainder shall be KRW 80 million and shall comply with the attached special agreement.

In relation to the contract for the sale of real estate, the following special agreement between the buyer and the seller is concluded:

1.The proceeds from sale shall be the date developed and sold by the purchaser of the above real estate.

2.With respect to the above sale of real property, the purchaser shall bear the transfer income tax.

3. The seller shall cooperate in all documents for the purpose of surveying and dividing the land in question.

4.The proceeds of inspection in the above land shall be the first priority used by the purchaser for development costs and expenses, etc.

5. The sales contract is a condition for the buyer to develop and dispose of the remaining balance, and thus both parties cannot rescind the sales contract.

6.The balance of the seller at the time of sale of such immovable property shall be the preferential payment and shall be payable by mutual agreement for smooth sale.

7.The entire rights to sell after this contract shall be delegated to the buyer.
