A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 1248] The Defendant, while working in the victim C, operated by the victim C in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, was trying to steals cash, etc. in his/her office by making use of the gap that both the victim and his/her employees left.
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On September 23, 2013, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance locks in front of the above E office; (b) removed the correction device; and (c) intruded into the device; and (d) stolen the cash owned by the victim in the electronic book with approximately KRW 1.5 million.
B. On December 26, 2013, the Defendant, at the above office around 23:00 on December 26, 2013, intruded into the office with the above method as above, and stolen KRW 700,000,000 in cash owned by the victim on his book.
C. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant, at the above office around 23:00, intruded into the office by the foregoing method, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 1 million owned by the victim on his book.
On March 3, 2014, at the above office around 23:40 on March 3, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the above office by the above method, and stolen a 700,000 won in cash owned by the victim in a book.
2. At around 15:00 on March 1, 2014, the Defendant stolen the theft with one automatic machine having approximately KRW 2.80,000,00 of the market price owned by the victim at the place of the above office.

1. From May 2012, the Defendant has been engaged in automatic execution, collection, etc. as an employee of “E” operated by the victim C from May 2, 2012 to the Daejeon Seo-gu.
On January 27, 2014, the Defendant performed the entrance repair work at the fifth apartment of the Gajo-si in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and then was kept in custody for the victim on or around February 3, 2014 from the above apartment management office of the apartment, by collecting KRW 420,000,000 from the above apartment management office of the apartment, for the personal cost of living around that time.
