1. The Defendants shall attach a boundary to the Plaintiff on the public cadastral register of the amount of 315 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of Yangyang-gu Myang-gu MUyang-gu 315 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Defendants are co-owners of the share of 57 square meters N. 57 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu (hereinafter “instant land 2”) where the land and the boundary of the instant land are adjacent thereto.

The particulars of each of the defendants' acquisition of ownership are as follows.

1) Defendant C(2), D(3), and E(4) acquired the ownership of shares equivalent to 6/10 of each of the two lands of this case on the grounds of sale by voluntary auction on December 9, 2010. 2) Defendant B(1), J(9), K(10), and L(11 are co-inheritors of networkO, who were co-inheritors of share ownership equivalent to 10/65 of each of the two lands of this case.

3) Defendant F (5) is the co-inheritors of the network P, who was the owner of the share corresponding to the ratio of 15/65 with respect to the land of this case, and Defendant G (6), H (7), and I (8) is the lineal descendants of net Q, who are other co-inheritors of the above P, and Q, inherited from the above P the ownership of the share in the land of this case in accordance with the inheritance ratio. C. The land of this case and the land of this case were designated as the area subject to correction of the registered matters in the cadastral record through the surveying of Gyeyang-gu Office, the competent authority, as the boundary of the land of this case is inconsistent with the actual possession ratio, as the land of this case was designated as the area subject to correction of the registered matters in the cadastral record through the surveying of Gyeyang-gu, the competent authority, and the Defendants did not cooperate in the application for correction of the registered matters in the cadastral record of this case as ordered in the cadastral record of this case. 2. Article 84 of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, where a landowner finds any error in the registered matters in the cadastral record, may apply for the correction thereof to the competent cadastral authority (paragraph 1), and the boundary of adjoining land due to the correction thereof.
