The reasoning of this court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except where "34/255" in paragraph (1) of the Table 3 of the judgment of the first instance is "35/34", and "250,000,000" under the bottom of the 6th judgment is "30,000,000,000", and therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
