The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s judgment that found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the act of good offices.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
