A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, by a fine of KRW 700,000, by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

1. Defendant A’s violation of the Food Sanitation Act is a person who operates a danran bar with the trade name “E dan” in Seosan City D.

No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services by singing or dancing, or arrange such acts to provide any third person at a place where food service business is operated for profit.

Nevertheless, on April 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a request from male customers F and G to receive “does” from male customers F on April 19, 2018; and (b) had the entertainment receptionist B and C, a waiting room, and C, who were in the atmosphere, present in the table with customers, to drink with the tables, and sing in line with the anti-states; and (c) allowed them to provide entertainment to customers.

2. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act by Defendant B shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, or provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing at a place where food service business is operated for profit;

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 30,000 won in consideration of A at the same date and place as stated in Paragraph 1, and provided customers F and G with drinking alcohol or singing, etc. at a place where food service business is operated for profit-making purposes.

3. Defendant C

(a) No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, singing or dance at a place where food service business is operated for profit;

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 30,000 won in consideration of A at the same date and place as stated in Paragraph 1, and provided customers F and G with drinking alcohol or singing, etc. at a place where food service business is operated for profit-making purposes.

B. The Defendant is the same date and time as the description in paragraph 1.
