Reasons

1. The payment order stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition indicating the claim was issued after the lapse of three years of extinctive prescription, and the plaintiff's bankruptcy and decision of immunity became invalid. Thus, the plaintiff's refusal of compulsory execution is sought.
