If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

No person shall receive insurance benefits or have another person receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other unlawful means.

Nevertheless, on October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the resident registration number of E, who was living together in Hancheon-gu, B, and was given treatment as if the Defendant was E; and (b) received health insurance benefits of KRW 22,910 from November 26, 2013, the Defendant denied insurance benefits of KRW 140,469 in total nine times, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from November 26, 2013.
