2. Indication of claim; and

A. The Plaintiff lent KRW 25 million to the Defendants. On August 11, 2009, the Defendants agreed to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 8.5 million on August 30, 2009, KRW 8.5 million on November 3, 2009, KRW 8.5 million on November 3, 2009, and KRW 8.5 million on April 20, 2010.

B. Therefore, the Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff 25,500,000 won and damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from April 21, 2010 to March 29, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as requested by the Plaintiff, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
