As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal by Publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
