Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On October 24, 2015, the Defendant driven D rocketing car with alcohol content of about 0.114% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 1.5m of parking lot C located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
