A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person engaged in driving a vehicle Benz E300.
On December 29, 2019, the Defendant operated the above car on December 29, 2010, and 335 in Korean won at the time of racing, and the front of the racing tax office was moved to the tax office at the south of the racing school.
At the time, it was a road at night and there was a centralized separation cost. 2. On July 18, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court and the racing support.
On December 29, 2019, at around 00:00, the Defendant driven a car with B benz E300 under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.080% from the 3km section to the front road of the “D” located in the same city as “D” located in Dongcheon-dong, Dongcheon-si.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
