On September 17, 2011, the Defendant received KRW 15.8 million in total five times from the time on December 4, 2012, from the victim’s AE operation, by making a false statement to the effect that “I will work as a multilateral employee from the day after the day when the advance payment is made,” even if I received the advance payment from the victim, the Defendant received KRW 2.3 million in total from the victim, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from the time on which he/she received the advance payment from the victim.
