2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

After obtaining a doctor's license on March 3, 2015, the Plaintiff completed the internship course in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Hospital from March 2015 to February 28, 2016, and received training as a family medical specialist at the D Hospital located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2016, and received the training as a family medical specialist at the D Hospital located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received the fee on February 28, 2019.

The defendant is an institution that implements a qualifying examination for medical specialists, which is entrusted by the Minister of Health and Welfare with the affairs concerning the implementation of the qualification examination for medical specialists pursuant to Article 77(4) of the Medical Service Act, Article 18(2) of the Regulations on Training of Medical Specialists, Certification of Qualification, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules on Qualification for Medical Specialists"), and Article 2 of the Standards on Entrustment of Qualification Examination and Training-Related Affairs.
