1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 13, 2005 to December 27, 2014.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
(U.S. District Court Decision 2014Da1101 Decided October 6, 2014: (i) a claim for performance of KRW 60,000,000, which ordered compensation in the case of the Ulsan District Court Decision 2014Da110101; (ii) a creditor shall be deemed as a “Plaintiff”; and (iii) a debtor shall be deemed as a “Defendant”; (iv) a judgment by publication pursuant to Article 208
