The Defendant is a person engaged in the trading of used cars in the trade name of “C”, and D is a person who was born while going to a candidate for a Gparty H market in the 6th nationwide local election implemented on June 4, 2014 by the chairman of the former E Party F region, and I is the Defendant’s spouse, who was elected as a candidate for proportional representation as a member of the council of the G Party H City Council in the above national local election.

1. The Defendant committed the crime in April 29, 2014, along with I, met with L in the K cafeteria located in J around April 19, 2014 and D, the chairman of the former E-political area, who is the electoral elector, at the K cafeteria located in J around April 29, 2014.

At the above K cafeteria, the Defendant talked about D’s plan for proportional representation in the members of the G Party HH of the G Party H, and provided D food equivalent to KRW 40,00.

Accordingly, the defendant provided property benefits to D in relation to the recommendation of a specific person as a candidate by a political party, while making a contribution to D and L for I.

2. The Defendant committed the crime on May 5, 2014, along with I, met with I, at the Ncafeteria located in M on May 5, 2014 at around 18:30, the O, the head of the former E Party F Affairs Bureau, who is the electorate.

The defendant provided D andO food equivalent to KRW 40,00 upon request to the effect that he registered as a candidate for proportional representation because he had registered as a candidate for proportional representation in the above Ncafeteria.

As a result, the defendant provided property benefits to D andO in relation to the recommendation of a specific person as a candidate by a political party, and made contributions to D andO for I.

3. The Defendant committed the crime in May 6, 2014, along with I, met the said D and L at Q cafeteria on May 6, 2014, around 18:00.

The Defendant provided approximately KRW 28,00, food equivalent to KRW 28,000, to the effect that D’s election of proportional representative members as proportional representative members in the above Q cafeteria would establish the G Party H Siwon office and endeavor to secure party members and bear all office operation expenses.
