1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,907,746 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 11, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. In full view of the purport of the written evidence No. 1, the Defendant is obligated to pay 28,907,746 won to the Plaintiff as the price for the goods from April 2, 2014 to May 21, 2014 when the goods were supplied by the Plaintiff from December 3, 2005 to remote areas and Dogs. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 11, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the written complaint of this case.
