Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The defendant's claim for the payment of the remaining agreed amount, excluding KRW 33,000,000,000 which the defendant agreed to pay damages to the plaintiff on 2007 as compensation for damages on the ground that the defendant was entrusted with the sale of the forest land located in the Incheon Sipo-gun, Incheon and used at will after receiving the purchase money from the purchaser of the forest land, and that the defendant was used at will, on 2007, for the payment of the purchase money from the purchaser of the forest land, and the sum of KRW 50,000,000,000 which the defendant agreed to pay to the plaintiff as compensation for damages on 209 as compensation for damages.
