1. The defendant shall pay 240,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 1, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant by this Court No. 2008Gahap21809, and rendered a final and conclusive judgment on March 20, 2009. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for the said judgment.
