In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below's finding the defendant guilty of the fraud of the victim H among the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding.

In doing so, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts by violating the logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent to obtain fraud in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
