1. The representative status of the 4th unit D apartment, 106 unit, and the representative of the 105 unit building of the same apartment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a council of occupants' representatives comprised of the representatives of D Apartments located in K (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") in both weeks. The plaintiffs are the persons elected as representatives of each of the units of 106 units, 105 units, and 101 units of the apartment of this case as of May 20, 2014, respectively. The defendant's intervenor G is the chairperson of the apartment election commission of this case (hereinafter "the election commission of this case"), the defendant's defendant's intervenor H, I, and J are each election management members.

B. On January 7, 2014, the instant election commission: (a) held the dismissal voting for the Plaintiffs by means of visiting voting on January 13, 2014 through 09:00 to 21:00; (b) announced that the reasons for dismissal for the Plaintiffs were distributed to each of the relevant households; (c) on January 12, 2014, the instant election commission made a public announcement that the dismissal voting for the Plaintiffs was changed from January 17, 2014 to January 17, 2014; and (d) announced that the dismissal voting for the Plaintiffs was changed from the number of households to 28 households, 8 households, 105 households, 10 households, 20 households, 10 households, 20 households, 10 households, 20 households, 10 households, 3 households, 10 households, 20 households, 3 households, 10 households, 3 households, 105 households, 185 households, 20 households, and 15 households.

(hereinafter “instant resolution of dismissal”) 1. Non-existence of the right to know of resident residents

(a) Refusing the request of residents requesting perusal and reproduction of tender documents related to the selection of entrusted management companies (violation of Article 52 (2) of the Management Rules);

(b) Articles 25(1) and 30. of the Management Rules that fail to implement the convocation announcement and the matters to be resolved upon when holding a council of occupants' representatives;
