Reasons

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment imposed by the court below (the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 10 months, 40 hours, and 3 years employment restriction) is too unreasonable. However, in full view of the various circumstances that form the conditions for the sentencing specified in this case, the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable, and the above argument is not justified.
