사유지도로의사용승낙
1. The Defendant has the right to install urban gas pipelines for the area of 39 square meters wide-gu Suwon-gu C road to the Plaintiff.
1. The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the annexed sheet;
2. According to the purport of each statement and the entire pleading of the certificate No. 1 to No. 3 (Additional Number) of the board board No. 1 to No. 3 (Additional Number), the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff is unable to lay urban gas pipelines on his own housing or requires excessive expenses, if he fails to pass through a road of 39 square meters in Daegu Metropolitan City
Therefore, pursuant to Article 218(1) of the Civil Act, the Plaintiff has a benefit to verify that the Defendant has the right to install urban gas pipelines laid underground with respect to the land.
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
