From September 1, 2013 to March 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) operated the “G” located in Yong-gu, Dong-gu; (b) worked as a representative director in the name; and (c) managed the business funds of the said “E” and “G” in the name of the Defendant; (d) on October 1, 2013, the Defendant embezzled the business funds kept in the account of community credit cooperatives (H) with KRW 10,000,000,000 from KRW 10 to KRW 20,000,000,000 from KRW 10,000,000,000; and (e) from KRW 10,000,000,000,000, KRW 27,000,000,000,000 from KRW 1,00,000,000,000,000; and (e) the Defendant, instead of KRW 18,01,0.
