1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 11, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor” shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff’s allegations in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, on the date of pleading, since the defendant only submitted a written reply or a preparatory document stating a specific content and did not appear on the date of pleading.
