1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the subsequent order of payment shall be revoked.

Reasons

(2) The Plaintiff, upon consultation with D, prepared the draft “F-sale advertising advertising service contract” as of November 6, 2017, and “the budget bill for F-sale Advertising” as of December 27, 2017; and D reported this to the Defendant. 3) On November 6, 2017, the instant draft “F-sale advertising advertising service contract” as of November 6, 2017 is as follows.

The Defendant (1) and the Agency D (2)(hereinafter referred to as the “Joint A”) agree to faithfully implement the principle of trust and good faith after sufficiently reviewing the following terms and conditions of the contract in concluding the contract with the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the “Co-Defendant”) and the Agency D(2)(hereinafter referred to as the “Co-Defendant”). It also concludes an advertising agency service contract (hereinafter referred to as the “this contract”) as follows:

Article 2 (Scope of Details of Projects)

1. Business name: “F-sale business”;

2. Location of business place: Residential zone C, and nine parcels.

3. Scale: 3 to 15th underground floors, total of 217 guest rooms;

4. Estimated contractor: G Co., Ltd.* The scope of advertising business to be run under Article 3 (Scope of Business Activities) of the Act that the said business activities may be changed in the course of authorization or permission shall be as follows:
