However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A thief, on December 12, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim E by inserting the crebs in which the victim E was unable to see other customers because the victim E was faced with the crebs that were displayed in the display site, and then stief was placed in the display site.

2. On December 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 14:00, the Plaintiff received an investigation of the thief case from a district unit located in the station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in order to identify the thief case; and (b) notified the Defendant’s Dong F’s resident registration number (G) as Defendant’s resident registration number and used another person’s resident registration number unlawfully in order to conceal the fact that the thief case was discovered due to interference with his/her duties.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature.

A. On December 12, 2015, at around 14:30, the Defendant was investigated into the case of larceny in the cell district district located in the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, which was located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Incheon, with the view to hiding the fact that the case of larceny was obstructed by the separate business, and instead, instead of the personal information of the Defendant, the name and resident registration number (G) of the Defendant F of the Defendant’s birth F, entered the name and resident registration number (G) at the end of the voluntary accompanying consent, and forged another person’s signature with the intent to exercise the right by printed on the back.

4. Exercising signatures on the above investigation;
