1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) operated a massage place with the trade name of “F” on the E and the third floor

At around 14:00 on April 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) employed a female employee, such as the nameless winner, and (b) received KRW 1.60,00 from G, a male grandchild, who found the said business establishment, as the price for sexual traffic; (c) directed the female employee of the nameless winner, and (d) arranged the said female employee to have the said female employee do sexual intercourse with his sexual intercourse within the said room.

2. Credit card merchants violating the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall not treat credit card holders unfavorably on the ground of their transactions by credit cards;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, treated the credit card member as 170,000 won when trading in cash with the price for massage and sexual traffic to the above G, and 180,000 won when trading with a credit card.
