1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 125,934,574 and the amount of KRW 39,929,28 for double KRW 125,934 from March 12, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208 (3) 3.
