A shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and six months, and by a short term of one year and two months.

Of the instant cases, the part on Defendant B and C shall be as follows.

1. 3. Crimes B and joint crimes; and

A. On May 7, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, forced the victim T (14 years of age), U (13 years of age), J (13 years of age), V (13 years of age), R (12 years of age), Q (13 years of age), and K (13 years of age) to leave the Obaba on the part of the Defendant and received KRW 23,000 as rent.

In addition, the Defendant received 150,000 won in cash from J, U, T, V, R, Q, and K on the ground that the Defendant, along with B, was faced with the said Oba in the street, etc. as the cost of internal repair, and continued to receive 10,000 won in cash from J, U, T, V, R, Q, and K when the Defendant was able to purchase Oba.

Accordingly, the defendant shared with the victims, and received property from the victims of frightenage.

B. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant, along with B, is in accordance with the following: (a) the victim O (the 12 years of age) at the parking lot after the I Hospital located in the Y in the Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu.
