1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 2,920,707,40 and the interest rate from October 19, 2012 to the date of full payment.
B. On June 23, 2008, the lower court concluded a design service contract with respect to the “design Services for the New Construction of Tourist Destinations in Chuncheon (Tancheon District”) (hereinafter “original contract”) and entered into the first modified contract on February 9, 2009 (hereinafter “the first modified contract”). On March 30, 2010, the lower contract entered into the second modified contract with the following content:
