Applicable legal provisions: The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits for three grounds under Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the provision on statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as follows: 20% per annum from the date following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015; and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
