Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D’s joint criminal conduct are those who operate entertainment tavern and sexual traffic business establishments under the trade name of “M” with 40 persons, including the head of the business office and waitter, and 70 female employees, with one floor of L Hotel located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on a scale of 543.53 square meters and one room 21 square meters, one room of entertainment reception reception reception room, one singing room, and one singing room.

Defendant

F is a business president who controls and manages the above S's business, and Defendant G is the head of the business office of the above S, and Defendant H is the head of the business office of the above S, respectively, and the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy mediates Defendant A to engage in sexual traffic.

The Defendants, at around 21:00 on April 25, 2013, added 1.9 million won per person to the drinking value from the male son, etc. who found the above main points.
