On October 12, 2017, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.107% from approximately 200 meters away from the Seo-gu Busan Seo-gu Standing District to the roads in front of the Magcheon-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
