Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant was established based on Article 25-2 of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act and is a corporation that conducts business, such as quality inspections of petroleum and alternative fuel under Articles 25 and 31 of the same Act. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant on September 15, 1995 and served as the business management support team leader from January 201, and from January 201, as the business management support team leader from the Daegu North Korea Headquarters 201.

Specific facts concerning the grounds for the disciplinary action of this case are as follows.
