From June 2010 to May 3, 2011, the Defendant performed sales management duties while working as business employees at E stores located in D operated by the victim C in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Around November 2010, the Defendant sold goods to unspecified customers, and received 5,000 won in cash from customers, and used them for personal purposes without depositing in the company at around that time.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to May 3, 201, embezzled total of KRW 24,136,130 by the aforementioned method, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
