Although the crime of this case was committed by a police officer who was in the process of performing legitimate official duties, the nature of the crime is inferior, in addition to all the circumstances described in the reasons for sentencing and all other conditions of sentencing indicated in the record, the sentence imposed by the court below against the defendant was committed within the scope of the court’s sentencing discretion, and it cannot be deemed that the punishment imposed by the court is too minor enough to avoid reversal.

The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
