대여금반환
1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 80,000,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 3, 2005 to September 30, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

As the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, adjudication without the applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day immediately after the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
