[2] A person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on February 27, 2001 and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Ulsan District Court on November 24, 2004, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years and six months from July 26, 2006 to the same crime at the Suwon District Court on July 26, 2006, and was sentenced to three years from the Suwon District Court on November 9, 2009 to the same crime on December 5, 201, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of three years and six months from the Government District Court on April 14, 2016 to the same crime.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 27, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, around 16:40 on April 27, 2017, placed the victim D’s “EMt” operated by the victim D in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and then stolen the victim’s share of KRW 4,00 of the market price owned by the victim in the store display stand by using the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, as well as KRW 4,000 of the market price.

2. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of May 2, 2017, at around 17:15, 2017, put the victim’s cresh “E” into a bank, and stolen the Defendant’s 1 factoring in the 2,560 won of the market price owned by the victim who was in the store display stand by taking advantage of the cresh of the victim’s surveillance negligence, and 5,800 won of the market price.

3. From May 24, 2017 to around 14:50 on May 24, 2017, the Defendant entered a “I” store under the H station operated by the victim G in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) from around 14:50 on May 24, 2017 to around 15 on the same day; and (b) 1; and (c) 7:00 on the 7th day of the end of the market price equivalent to KRW 5,00 in the market price of the victim’s possession, displayed at that place by using the gaps in which the surveillance of employees was neglected; (d)
