1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

In the auction procedure for real estate owned by the Plaintiff, C, etc., the Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant participated in the auction procedure for the real estate owned by the Plaintiff, C, etc. with false bonds, and was punished by an attempted fraud, and that the Plaintiff sustained damages therefrom, and sought compensation from the Defendant. However, the Plaintiff did not provide specific evidence of his/her participation and the Plaintiff’s damage.
