The defendant shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment against the defendant not guilty.

Reasons

1. The Defendant was a person who registered as a candidate for E-Gun in the 6th nationwide local election held on June 4, 2014 and won in the election.

No person shall publish any false information about his/her birth, status, occupation, career, property, personality, or activity, such as property, in favor of a candidate through a speech, communication, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention of

On July 27, 2012, the Defendant awarded the said G with anywhere any organization that conferred GH level to itself through the G, the G, the B, the Republic of Korea, on July 27, 2012.

However, G’s qualification is limited to U.S. citizens or legitimate permanent residents, and in the case of adults, he/she may award an IV at least 100 hours at the lowest annually, and in the case of adults, he/she shall engage in volunteer service activities at least 500 hours at a year, but the Defendant failed to meet the above G (HV)’s qualification and water conditions.

Therefore, the above G (H level) awarded by the defendant is invalid.

Nevertheless, on May 23, 2014, the Defendant entered the water text of “G” in Chapter 35,221 of the book-type E-Gun election campaign bulletin, and submitted it to the E-Gun election commission, and had the said E-Gun election commission distribute the above election campaign bulletin to the E-Gun electorate during the period from May 24, 2014 to May 25, 2014, thereby publicly announcing false facts about the candidate for the purpose of election.

2. The defendant's assertion that GH level was awarded by the defendant and his defense counsel. Even if the defendant did not meet the water qualification or conditions, or even if the defendant was forged, he did not have any false recognition since he merely stated the facts of award in the small official gazette without knowing such fact.
