Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The reason why the court is to use for this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case where the "main price" of the first instance judgment No. 4, No. 13 is used as the "main time", and thus, it shall be quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[Plaintiffs are basically repeating the same argument in the first instance court, and even if examining the allegations and reasons that the Plaintiff partly supplemented in the trial, the judgment of the first instance court that exempted the Defendant from the Defendant’s liability for the defect in the land of this case according to the instant exemption agreement is justifiable. The judgment of the first instance court that concluded on February 1, 201 is justifiable, and the Plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed.
