1. The Defendants (designated parties and designated parties) shall be the persons against whom the attached Table 2 attached hereto is indicated.
1. Basic facts
A. On 1963, the Plaintiff’s mother-friendly net A married with Nonparty H, and started a marriage life with the Simnae, such as the Simnae, from H’s top-down, Y I. At this point of view, Jri Village is a KC’s collective village, and most neighboring people are relatives of both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants.
B. A asserts that the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 was purchased from the net L, and later, the above real estate was unregistered land for which no registration of ownership transfer was made, and even on the land cadastre, the name of A was omitted and the owner was not arranged.
Although H, the husband of A, was the transfer registration for the transfer of ownership to the deceased L, the transfer registration has not yet been made, and there is no sale certificate, etc. kept by A.
C. On May 13, 2018, A died in the instant lawsuit, and the Plaintiffs filed an application to resume the lawsuit as the heir of A.
[Reasons for Recognition] Facts without a partial dispute, entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 11 (including each number), the purport of the whole pleadings
2. The plaintiff's assertion
A. Determination A on the primary claim is that the real estate listed in the attached list 1 of the deceased L at the time was purchased by paying the sale price to the deceased L in a lump sum on December 31, 1963 through the plaintiff Ma (the plaintiff Ma (the plaintiff 1971 plaintiff Ma). The plaintiff's claim is not accepted since the documents related to the sale of real estate listed in the attached list 1 were lost as in the plaintiff 1's claim, which is the litigation receipt of the A, and there is no evidence to acknowledge the plaintiff's claim.
B. The Plaintiffs, as to the preliminary claim, purchased the real estate listed in Annex A’s Schedule 1, and immediately commence possession, and the real estate listed in Annex A’s Schedule from the spring of 1964.
