A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor at Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on June 30, 2017.

1. At around 00:30 on September 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 6, operated by AJ on the first floor of AI of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, called “AKnorogate” to enter a mixed customer, and ordered a mixed customer, and enjoy entertainment in the five order of drinking and drinking women, and at around 04:30 on the same day, the victim AL (n, 28 years old) coming into a Doropo, when disregarding himself, is a dangerous object in the room (the height is about 45 cm, diameter is about 17 cm, weight is about 5 km), and the victim’s right end is about one time, and as the fire extinguisher is again lowered, “I am flue in the face,” and “I am flue in the face.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the victim.
