Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2015Kadan326] On February 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on September 6, 2010.
Although the Defendant was liable for the debt of approximately KRW 51 million to the bond company, the beneficiary, etc., but there was no special property, the Defendant did not intend to pay the interest of KRW 2,00,000 per month or borrow money from others even though he did not have any intent or ability to pay it even though he did not have any intent or ability to pay it, he did not know that he was aware of the creditors to use it for the repayment of the debt and for the cost of living expenses by the obligor C and D.

On November 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim D at the above performance hall as described in paragraph (1); (b) obtained a total of KRW 25 million from the victim on two occasions on or around the 22th day of the same month in order to borrow money from the victim; and (c) obtained such fraud.
[2015Kadan873] The Defendant, at the Suwon District Court on February 10, 2010, sentenced six months of imprisonment for fraud and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House on September 6, 2010.
At around 13:10 on December 4, 2012, the Defendant requires 500,000 won to purchase one ton of imported swine from the Republic of Korea.
The interest shall be paid up to December 20, 2012, after the loan of money, and the interest shall be one million won.
