A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant entered Pyeongtaek-si B, and was discharged from military service on April 8, 2019, after being transferred to the said D on August 24, 2017. On January 24, 2019, the Defendant was dispatched to the said ECoC Headquarters.

1. Indecent acts by force of soldiers;

A. On January 10, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the Defendant on January 10, 2019, at the D-Jed Stopa located in Pyeongtaek-si B, the sexual organ of the victim F (20 years of age, Japan) who was a full-time soldier suffering from his/her invasion at Pyeongtaek-si B around 14:00, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by force.

B. On January 22, 2019, around 08:30 on January 22, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim G (20 years of age, and soldiers) who were full-time soldiers working in the DJ in Pyeongtaek-si’s integrated middle office located in Pyeongtaek-si B, on his/her hand, with the sexual organ of the victim G (20 years of age, and soldiers) located therein, as follows:

Around January 24, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim H on January 24, 2019, at around 11:00 on January 24, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the Victim H (21 years of age, injury, etc.) who was a full-time ward in Pyeongtaek-si B, who was a full-time ward in his/her invasion, as he/she was on the part of the victim H (21 years of age, injury, etc.). (2) The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim I on January 24, 2019, at a full-time ward located in Pyeongtaek-si (21 years of age, injury, etc.) and committed an indecent act by force by force on the part of the victim I (the victim I (the victim 21 years of age, injury, etc.) who was a full-time ward located in Pyeongtaek-si.

2. At around 10:00 on January 23, 2019, the Defendant insultd the victim, who is his superior, by means of public performance, referring to the victim of the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit, “ bitch bitch bitch bit bitch bit bitch bit bit bitch bitch bit.”
