Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 상해 및 공무집행방해 피고인은 2013. 10. 7. 01:40경 경북 청도군 H에 있는 경북청도경찰서 I파출소 내에서 폭력신고를 받고 출동한 I파출소 소속 경사인 피해자 J(39세)에 의해 폭행 등 혐의로 현행범인으로 체포된 후 조사를 받던 중, 그곳에 설치되어 있던 의자 및 사무실 바닥에 머리를 찧는 등 자해행위를 하다가 J로부터 제지를 당하자 이빨로 J의 좌측 팔 전완부를 1회 물어 피해자에게 약 14일간의 치료가 필요한 좌완부 부종 등 상해를 가함과 동시에 경찰관의 조사에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
