1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 15, 2008, the Plaintiff was appointed as a military police officer or noncommissioned officer of the Army in 1987 and started his/her military life. From April 15, 2008, the Plaintiff was serving as a military police investigator at the military police branch of the B.

On October 2015, the plaintiff was entitled to be placed by the former Daegu Viewing Public Officials C in the Ethical group, which is a former Ethical group, and the plaintiff was asked to find out whether the preparation for marriage, etc. could not be problematic.

On April 20, 2015, at around 19:40, the Plaintiff became aware of the fact that D is still unmarried, and that D is not bound to be classified into GOP solidarity because the major field of the EOP is negos, and that it is inevitable to classify B as GOP solidarity, in April 21, 2015, and April 22, 2015, the Plaintiff directly found D’s personal situation to BOP commander G.

On April 22, 2015, the Plaintiff referred to as “D Captain will not be assigned to the GOP unit if he/she is married, but if he/she is married, he/she will not be changed because there is no reason, and the deliberation has already been completed and only remains in the association president.” In other words, the Plaintiff referred to as “whether it is possible to contact with the head of the EOP unit through the JOF, who was the head of the IO head, would have the thickness of contact with the head of the EOW.”

On April 22, 2015, at around 19:00, the Plaintiff called the Director L of K History and confirmed that “The Captain of K History who plans to marrys in October has been determined as a book attached to the termination of the deliberation on assignment, and that he will be assigned to the position of E History Chief.” On April 23, 2015, the Plaintiff again called “I will have a conversation with E History Chief.” On April 23, 2015, the Plaintiff was confirmed to have a phone called from H on the phone Head around 12:57.

As a result, the plaintiff solicits two higher-ranking officers with regard to the change of assignment D through three times.
