Criminal facts

Defendant B, on September 13, 2013, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months at the District Court of Jung-gu on September 13, 2013, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on October 24 of the same month and is still under probation.

1. Defendant A, B, C, and D’s co-principal offenders sought to have a man involved in sexual traffic using mobile phone hosting display method when they met the minors who had known to the general public and they need entertainment expenses. As such, the Defendants were willing to take money by assaulting and threatening the man.

The Defendants conspired with L on July 30, 2014, where it is impossible to find out the trade name near the N of the Government of the Republic of Korea, around 22:40, the Defendants posted a letter to the effect that, at that time, Defendant A was “the victim’sO (year 42 years old) who contacted L with L to report it to the effect that it was “the victim’s d's d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d't d' and N', and the Defendants: (a) d't k's kn't kn's kn's vehicle and sent L to M with the victim’s vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle parked in M; (b) 100 billion won when Defendant D and C's k'sk k's.
